and insecurity

feet on the ground

and mind in peace
Alone now
but not lonely
the connection is felt
deep inside of me
Still all those emotions
but the storm is quiet now
and they lay down
like water on a lake
Movement inside
like dancing with the wind
music inside
like my heart is playing
all these sounds of happiness
Energy flowing inside of me
like the tides of the sea
endless waves breaking
on the shores of my body
but kind and sweet
holding me, hugging me inside of myself
